Emma had gone to college and had a good job, but at the end of the day, her life and home was back in this area. She felt like she needed to be here to get the work/life balance she always wanted.
Since she moved back, Emma feels her quality of life has taken a 180. “I am now able to have my work-life and home-life aligned. It doesn’t feel like I’m being pulled in two different directions.”
Emma’s work at Arvig helps her to give a voice to a company that started in Perham and has grown from this area. “It is cool to be a part of that history.”
“This community supports you…whether in sports, dance, doing piano. Whatever it is, you’re going to have someone there to be your fan. There is something for everybody and there’s no place I’d rather be.”
